Robert Kafuman Carkai Fat Quarter Bundles!

Happy Monday everyone!

What's a good way to spend your Monday? How about checking out some pretty fabric? OK, not just pretty, but super amazing gorgeous pretty. It's that good.

Of course we're talking about the extremely popular Carkai collection! Carkai is the fourth collection from Carolyn Friedlander for Robert Kaufman. Don't try to figure out what a Carkai is however, as Carolyn has said it's simply a goofy word she made up.

So, we're just going to say Carkai stands for super amazing gorgeous pretty. You heard it here first!

Carkai is a truly unique collection. It will be fun to see how everyone pieces the designs together in their own way. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but if you look real close, some of the fabric has little hints of gold sparkly accents.

For me, it almost seems like some of the prints hint at an archaeology dig site? I could be way off. You might have a completely different interpretation of the fabric. Maybe it's just one big Rorschach test for quilters!
