COVID-19 Solids & Full Bolts Update

Due to the huge demand for solids and basics, combined with a worldwide shortage of cotton during the pandemic, most full bolts are taking longer to ship from fabric mills to our distributors. While this is a temporary setback due to the pandemic, we want to set expectations up front that there may be additional delays throughout 2021.

By ordering and reserving your spot in the "queue" for the colours you love, you ensure you get them sooner rather than later - if you wait too long to order, you might miss out. We receive shipments of full bolts weekly, so fabric is always arriving, but we have no guarantee which colours will be shipping next. 

You will receive your bolts 100% guaranteed if you keep your order in the queue. All full bolt orders are shipped sequentially from when they were placed, and even waiting one week can make a difference.

We currently have thousands of bolts on backorder and ship them out as soon as we receive them (in the order they were placed). Hundreds of bolts are arriving weekly, so the supply is constant, but we are unable to guarantee which colours are available first.

Please note that all full bolt sales are final. Due to the large number of full bolt orders we order for you from our suppliers, we also face big cancellation fees if we cancel our orders, and our payment processors (i.e. PayPal, Shopify) do not refund transaction fees. If you absolutely must cancel your order, our 20% cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding.

Full bolts of batting are not affected by any manufacturing delays at this time as they are produced in the USA. These will ship out in the designated month they are marked for as a pre-order, if applicable.
