Where's my order?
We prepare and ship most orders within 2-3 business days. Sales orders and other promotional events orders (i.e. with a discount/coupon) may take up to 21 business days to ship, due to the huge number of orders during the sales event, with each order having many more cuts than typical. You may read our pre-order FAQ for more information on how pre-orders work.

How do I request a donation for my guild, sewing group or blog?
Unfortunately, due to the high frequency of requests for gifts or donations, we are no longer offering them.
Why do you sell in yards and not metres?
As most patterns and rulers are in inches and yards, we sell our fabric by the yard in most situations. This decision was made to help assist new quilters determine how much fabric is needed for their projects.
