If you have any questions about your address, email your postal code to info@dinkydoo.ca. Please note, Canada Post is unable to deliver 108" to 120" rolls of batting to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping FAQ
How long before my order is shipped?
It's currently taking 3-7 business days to prepare and cut orders before shipping. This may vary based on if your order contains mostly pre-cuts, or if it has lots of fabric cuts. During our EPIC Sales and FREE Shipping Weekends, it may take up to 14 business days before your order is shipped, due to the high volume of cuts and orders. *Please note, due to uncontrollable circumstances such as weather, carrier/transport issues, and more, this may cause additional delays beyond our guidelines above.
If you order a full bolt of fabric or a full roll of batting, your order might ship directly from our distributor. If you have other items on your order, they may come separately. Full rolls and bolts may be delayed 4-6 weeks if inventory is unavailable. We will do our best to contact and update you on the ETA.
I have in stock items and pre-order items on the same order. When will they ship?
Do you have an order with a pre-order item, but also in-stock items? All orders ship complete when all items in an order are available. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. If you need in stock items and don't want to wait, please submit a separate order for them.
How is my package shipped within Canada?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited, UPS, Purolator, Canpar, or FedEx, arrive in 2-7 business days, and come with tracking and insurance. We no longer offer Lettermail as an option at checkout, but we may use that service at our discretion to ship some items to you, i.e. if an item is backordered and can be shipped separately at a later date, or for some replacement items.
I live in the Maritimes, Territories, have a P.O. Box or RR address, or I live in Alaska or Hawaii. Will I have to pay more for shipping?
For the most part, you should receive the same shipping rates as the rest of Canada and the U.S. Unfortunately, very large packages (i.e. orders exceeding 6kg) or oversized items (rolls of batting, several bolts of fabric, tuffets kits) can lead to exponentially higher shipping costs. If that is the case, we will contact you and ask if you'd like to proceed, and offer you a reduced shipping rate. (We pay the first $20 of any additional charges, or up to $60 for rolls of batting.)
My pre-order is late. Why?
Sometimes fabric manufacturers and distributors experience delays in shipping new collections to stores. This can happen for many reasons beyond our control (overselling on their end, late deliveries from overseas, defects, shipping issues, and more.) We try the best we can to ensure our fabric meets the expected delivery dates we provide on our site, but every now and then, delays may occur. If this happens, we try our best to contact everyone with pre-orders to advise them of the delays and advise of the new estimated times our manufacturers and distributors have advised us with.
Where is the Canada Post lettermail option at checkout?
Please note that we no longer this option at checkout. However, we may send replacement fabrics and backordered items at our discretion using this service as necessary.
Policies
Return Policy (Excluding full bolts and rolls of batting)
If you've changed your mind on an order you've received, we will refund your purchase to a gift card or store credit up to 30 days after your purchase. The product must be in new condition, smoke-free, unwashed, and contain no pet hair or other flaws. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to a gift card or store credit.
We do not refund pre-cut fabric bundles that have been opened.Â
Any fabric that's been cut for your order will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee**. "What is cut cannot be uncut."Â

Return Policy (Wrong items received)
If you received an item in error, please contact us and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label so you can return it to us easily. We will ship you the correct item as soon as possible, and we pay for shipping on any mistakes we make.

Return Policy (Full bolts and rolls of batting only)
Due to being oversized and the extreme cost of shipping rolls of batting, if you wish to cancel an order containing full bolts of fabric, interfacing, and full rolls of batting, a 20% cancellation fee** applies.
Discount Refund Policy
If you forget to use a discount on your order, or there is a technical issue with your discount or code, please contact us at info@dinkydoo.ca. If you are eligible for a current discount, your discount will be refunded to store credit or a gift card.
Rewards Program Points for Signing Up
Due to fraudulent orders, only one gift card per customer, per household, per customer name can be used on a single order from gift cards earned from signing up to our rewards program. You may only use gift cards you have earned yourself, or have received as a gift from an order where the gift card was paid for with real money. Orders will be canceled automatically if this happens.Â
**Our company is also charged a cancellation fee on full bolts of batting, fabric, and interfacing from our suppliers due to cancellations on special order items like full bolts and rolls. When a customer cancels an order with us, we must also pay high cancellation fees. We also lose all transaction fees from Shopify and PayPal, which keep these fees on all cancellations. On top of that, due to the large volume of orders we are placing, refunds like this mean we end up with a disproportionate amount of stock which can negatively affect our business. We hope you understand.
Pricing Policy
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any orders where pricing is incorrectly set on our website. We will notify you if this happens before proceeding. If a pricing error occurs, we will either refund you the difference (overcharge) or send you an invoice for the difference (undercharge).
Pricing Protection
We will match any advertised price on our store in the event we have a sale on the exact same item. This does not include if the item is bundled. We do not price match other stores, due to a variety of factors, including our rewards program and other perks. If our price falls on the same item within 30 days of purchase, please contact us, and we will issue you a gift card for the difference. Please note, we will not price match if another discount or promotional code was used on your order. We will only price match a maximum of one time per order within 30 days.
Dinkydoo Gift Cards
Dinkydoo Gift Cards earned via our Dinkydoo Rewards Program or received for free via promotions for spending a certain amount have no cash value, and must be used towards a future purchase. If an order with a Gift Card is cancelled or refunded, the amount used on the Gift Card will be returned to the Gift Card for future use. Gift Cards cannot be refunded to cash, and cannot be transferred or sold to a third party. Gift Cards earned by promotional are only valid for use by the initial customer. Gift card promos can't be stacked - i.e. if you participate in a Gift Card promo that provides a second Gift Card at a later date, you can't use that Gift Card to buy an item which also provides a Gift Card, which results in a double discount stacking. We do not share your email address or personal information. However, this information may be used by our third-party software to provide you with a better shopping experience, including previously viewed items, wish lists, Facebook advertising, Google advertising, and abandon cart emails.
