Impress everyone with your own custom made Jelly Roll Rug! It's a nice and easy project! This squared version is even easier than the original Jelly Rug Pattern.
Great for all skill levels. No stitching around tight curves, just sewing straight, "seams"
- Finished Size: 32" x 42" rectangular area rug
Requirements:
- One Jelly Roll!
- 1 1/2 Yards 96" Wide Cotton Batting
- Batting Seam Tape
- Size 14-18 Jeans Sewing Machine Needle
- 1 Large Spool of Thread (At least 1200 Yards). Aurifil thread is recommended. Even better if it's variegated!

Highly Recommended:
As the rug gets bigger, it gets heavier. It's recommended to have a bar stool or something similar, to the left of you, so if you are sewing on a small table it's high enough to have the rug rest on it, so it doesn't pull your needle from the extra weight!
